Tom Randon

Tom Morish-Randon is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Airtasker since June 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing hiring strategies and operational excellence with an emphasis on diversity and efficiency. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Robert Walters from August 2018 to June 2021, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Managing Consultant in Human Resources. Tom's career began at Chase de Vere, where Tom worked as an Independent Financial Adviser and Paraplanner from October 2014 to June 2018, along with experience as a Technical Coordinator at insight6 from August 2011 to October 2014. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Newcastle University, completed in 2014, and previously attended Norwich School, acquiring GSCEs and A Levels.
