Pamela Ngantcha Ngassa

Pamela Ngantcha Ngassa (FCCA) has a strong background in financial management and audit spanning over 20 years. Pamela currently holds the position of Financial Director at Airtel Africa since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Standard Chartered Bank from August 2018 to June 2023. Their experience also includes being the Executive Head of Internal Audit for Vodacom International, covering Tanzania, DRC, and Mozambique from December 2013 to July 2018. Before that, they held the role of Senior Manager Internal Audit at Bharti Airtel, covering 17 countries across Africa from March 2012 to November 2013. Pamela started their career at MTN, where they held various roles including Risk Manager from August 2008 to February 2012 and Internal Audit Manager from June 2004 to July 2008.

Pamela Ngantcha Ngassa (FCCA) holds a BSc (1st Class Honours) in Accounting from the University of Buea, earned between 1998 and 2001. Pamela later completed a post-graduate diploma in Management from the University of Reading (Henley Business School) in 2022. Additionally, Ngantcha Ngassa obtained the FCCA certification from ACCA, studying between 2005 and 2008.
