Charles Mugasa

Charles Mugasa has a diverse work experience in sales and marketing roles. Charles started as a Sales and Revenue Manager at Air Uganda from 2010 to 2013. Charles then worked as a Sales Operations Manager at Smile Communications Uganda Limited from 2014 to 2015, focusing on productivity and training. Mugasa's next role was as a Sales Manager at Multichoice from 2015 to 2019, where they managed a sales team and exceeded sales targets. Charles then joined Hima Cement Limited as a Marketing & Pricing Manager from 2017 to 2019, responsible for growing the brand and managing pricing strategies. Currently, Mugasa is the Head SME/SMB-Sales at Airtel Uganda, starting in 2019.

Charles Mugasa has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Makerere University Business School, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. In 2010, they completed the ACCA program in Accounting and Finance at MAT. Charles also obtained the certification of Acca level 2 from ACCA in July 2010.
