Henry Kaliisa

Henry Kaliisa has extensive experience in revenue assurance and system management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Revenue Assurance Analyst at Airtel Uganda since June 2014, Henry has established high compliance standards for Airtel Money, managed revenue assurance SOPs, executed comprehensive risk analyses, and identified revenue leakages. Previously, Henry held multiple positions at Warid Telecom Uganda, including Sr. Executive Revenue Assurance, where responsibilities encompassed managing revenue assurance processes and ensuring billing accuracy. Prior roles also include Supervisory and instructional positions at TECHNO BRAIN LTD, focusing on project management and system development.
