Joseph Were

Joseph Were currently serves as the Agent Operations Territory Lead at Wave Mobile Money since November 2021. Prior to this role, Joseph has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, holding positions such as Airtel Money Trade Executive and Airtel Money Trade Executive at Airtel Uganda from May 2015. Joseph also excelled as Regional Sales Manager at both MTN Uganda and Village Power from December 2019 to November 2019, and June 2017 to June 2018, respectively. Additionally, an Area Sales Manager role was held at Greenlight Planet, Inc. from June 2017 to June 2018. Joseph Were earned a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies from the Islamic University in Uganda, attending from 2009 to 2012.
