Mark Mukiibi

Mark Mukiibi currently serves as the Head of Data and Devices at Airtel Uganda, a position held since July 2023, where responsibilities include spearheading innovation in analytics-based data products and leveraging mobile and geolocation data to derive insights for enhancing smartphone penetration and data revenue. Prior to this role, Mark was Senior Business Analyst at Airtel Money Uganda from May 2021 to July 2023 and held the position of Lead Business Intelligence, Usage & Retention at Airtel Uganda from October 2019 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Huawei from August 2016 to October 2019 and as an Intelligent Network Engineer at MTN Uganda for a brief period in 2015.
