Matia Luutu

Matia Luutu is an experienced professional in sales, distribution, and human resources, currently serving as a Sales and Distribution Manager at Airtel Uganda since August 2021, where responsibilities include marketing and achieving sales targets through strategic route planning and trade promotions. Previous roles include Customer Service Representative at StarTimes Uganda, Human Resource Manager at Education Aid Initiative responsible for senior decision-making and workforce planning, Team Leader at Transguard Group, Customer Consultant at Airtel Uganda, and HR Assistant at Makerere University, where skills in problem-solving, recruitment, and office management were developed. Matia Luutu holds a degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Public Administration from Makerere University, in addition to educational qualifications from Kajjansi Progressive SSS and Seguku Hill College.
