Shaan Patel

Shaan Patel has a diverse range of work experience in the finance field. Shaan began their career as a Valuations Analyst Intern at Swetika Corporation in 2013. The following year, they worked as a Career Consultant Assistant at McCombs School of Business. In 2014, Shaan interned as a Financial Analyst at Direct Energy before joining the company full-time. At Direct Energy, they held various roles, including Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, and Senior Finance Manager. During their time at Direct Energy, Shaan was responsible for providing financial insights, forecasting budgets, and leading the corporate allocations process. In 2021, they transitioned to Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and later moved to Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning as the VP of Finance.

Shaan Patel attended the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on the Business Honors Program and Finance. During their time there, they also completed the Bloomberg Essentials Certification in May 2015.
