Heather Bryant has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Heather started their career at Colt Technology Services, where they worked as a UK Service Delivery - OLO Coordinator and later as a UK Service Delivery - OLO Team Leader. Heather managed a team and successfully delivered third party services within SLA while also handling relationships with suppliers.
Heather then moved on to AT&T Global Network Services as a Client Business Manager, where they managed Tier 2 Global Customers and provided project management support for delivery projects.
After that, they joined Westpac New Zealand Limited, where they held various roles including Service Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Team Lead, Service Transition Manager, and Service Operations Manager. In these roles, they oversaw the deployment of IT Service Management projects, built Configuration Management functionality, and implemented effective processes and frameworks to support business needs.
Heather also worked at KiwiRail as the Head of Service Management and later as a Service Delivery Group Manager. Heather managed operational delivery teams, conducted a service management assessment, and implemented a multi-vendor service integration model.
Additionally, they worked at LPS Australasia as a Service Delivery Executive, Chief Experience Officer, and Transition/Transformation Director. Heather created a Service Delivery function, managed client delivery and employee experience, and implemented a service delivery function for existing clients.
Most recently, they worked at Systems Advisory Services Limited as a Commercial Manager and later as the Head of Business Assurance. Their responsibilities included managing service and project delivery, implementing structure and process around contract management, and enabling a clear understanding of contracted responsibilities.
Currently, Heather is working at Airways New Zealand as the Head of IT and Enterprise Service Management. Their focus is on developing and implementing a Service Management Framework strategy and roadmap while managing the corporate ICT teams.
Heather Bryant completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDipBus) specializing in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Auckland between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and Criminology from Victoria University of Wellington from 1998 to 2002. Heather also attended St Peter's School in Cambridge, New Zealand, although specific details about their degree or field of study are not known.
