Devarshi Deb

Devarshi Deb has extensive experience in human resources, with a particular focus on strategic planning and change management. Devarshi started their career at Union Carbide as a Personnel Executive before moving on to Koshika Telecom Ltd, where they served as the Head of HR for UP (West) and Bihar Circles. Devarshi then joined Patni Computer Systems as the Head of HR for their NOIDA Centre, where they were responsible for setting up their operations and managing talent acquisition. Devarshi then worked at Ranbaxy as the Head of HR for the Allied Business Division and at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as the General Manager of HR and Head of HR for the Formulations Business, where they initiated change management processes and carried out restructuring exercises. Devarshi then held the position of Head of HR at Quatrro Business Support Services Pvt. Ltd. and Halonix Limited, where they focused on HR integration and strategic interventions, respectively. Currently, Devarshi serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Asahi India Glass Limited.

Devarshi Deb completed their ICSE degree from St. Xavier's during the years 1977 to 1983. Devarshi later pursued a PGDPM in HR from Xavier Institute of Social Service, from the years 1990 until 1992.
