Kasha Williams

Kasha Williams, MS HRM, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at AIS Infrastructure, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kasha was the Manager of Employee Relations at Talley Construction Company from May 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included training and development, benefits administration, and employee relations, among others. Kasha's experience also encompasses a position as an ADA Specialist at Unum and as a Regional Human Resources Generalist at National Seating and Mobility, managing HR functions across multiple locations. Kasha holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from the same institution.
