Michal Špeta

Michal Špeta is an experienced professional in the fields of IT management and project delivery, currently serving as Division Manager at AIS Servis, s.r.o. since April 2024. Previously, Michal was the Delivery Unit Manager at Unicorn, overseeing a team of over 30 individuals and managing project execution and sales for banking and insurance clients. Michal's career includes significant roles such as IT Project Manager at Pojišťovna VZP, Transformation Manager at Česká pošta, and Senior Manager of Integration & Middleware at MONETA Money Bank. Additionally, Michal contributed to organizational change as an Agile Coach at Komerční banka, and held various technical positions that involved software analysis and team leadership. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics and Management of Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Software Technologies and Management from Czech Technical University in Prague.
