Dorayya C Palakurti

As a Technical Director, Dorayya is responsible for guiding and helping AIS teams to build and deliver great software solutions for customers. With his indepth technical expertize in architecting, designig and developing web and cloud solutions, and a wide ranging experience in various business domains such as BPA/BPM, Banking, Insurance and Employee Benefits Consulting, Dorayya helps his teams in developing enterprise-class platforms, products and applications. Dorayya joined AIS in 2013 as Technical Manager/Architect and helped AIS in growing a large account. He helped key customer in modernizing their applications and platforms, improving security posture, performance, usability, reliability and scalability, Cloud Adoption and Migration. He is also instrumental in building large geographically distributed teams with talented engineers and enabling them for success by helping, mentoring, streamlining processes and practices for talent retention etc. Dorayya did Masters in Computer Applications from Andhra University, Vizag, India and has over 18+ years of industry experience in various roles such as developer, architect, principal engineer, technical manager etc with a strong hand-on experience and technological focus. He has won multiple awards and accloads for his contributions in organizations throughout his career. Dorayya lives in Herndon, Virginia with his wife and son and enjoys his free time with movies, reading and get-togethers with friends and family.
