Sulakshana Patankar

Sulakshana Patankar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, accounting, and human resources. As Co-Founder and Partner at Aistra Labs, Sulakshana leads the finance and accounting division. Previously, as Chief People Officer at MarketsandMarkets™, Sulakshana was responsible for overseeing the organization's human resource strategies. Sulakshana also held significant roles at WNS Global Services, serving as Business Unit Leader for various sectors including energy and utilities, and as CEO of the finance and accounting practice. Earlier career experience includes a consultancy position at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Sulakshana holds an MBA in Finance and Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and is a certified Management Accountant (ACMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
