Justin Leonard

Justin P. Leonard is a Business Development Director at Aite-Novarica Group, where he oversees business development for the firm’s Financial Services CIO/CTO Advisory Practice. He acts as a trusted partner with clients, strategically aligning Aite-Novarica Group with their key technology objectives and priorities.

Justin has 25 years of experience in sales and account management, most recently as the VP of Sales at Intuition, providing financial markets training to financial institutions in the U.S. In his previous role at BAI, he supported line-of-business leaders at the largest banks in the country with benchmarking data and analytics.

Justin has a BBA in Supply Chain Integration Management from Western Michigan University, and an MBA from Michigan State University.
