Mark Kowalczyk

Mark Kowalczyk is an Account Director at Aite-Novarica Group. Prior to joining the company, Mark served as Managing Director of Business Development at Bank Administration Institute (BAI), an organization that provides performance benchmarking, research, training, and thought leadership for the financial services industry. At BAI, Mark was instrumental in the development and successful launch of BAI Digital Benchmarking and BAI Consumer and Business Executive Dashboards. Prior to joining BAI, he held a number of strategic positions, including serving as Managing Director and National Sales Manager for the Sales, Marketing, and Communications practice at CEB (now Gartner). Mark also served as Managing Director of Sales and Marketing at Ibbotson Associates, an investment consulting firm providing asset allocation and fund selection services to insurance companies, 401(k) plan providers, and mutual fund companies, until its sale to Morningstar Associates.

Mark is an active member of several local charitable organizations in Wheaton, Illinois. He holds the Fellow, Life Insurance Management Institute designation from Life Office Management Association (LOMA).
