Motti Shapira has extensive experience in quality management and operations. Motti has held various leadership roles in different companies, starting in 1985 with their position as the Reliability Section Manager at I.D.F Signal Corps. From there, they worked as a Reliability and Quality Engineer and later as the Director of Reliability and Quality Engineering. In 1997, they became the Director of American Quality Management, overseeing multiple subsidiaries in the United States. In 1999, they became the VP of Quality & Processes at Enavis Networks, where they managed the Quality System and upgraded certifications. Motti also served as the VP of Operations at Enavis Networks and the AVP of Operations Infrastructure at ECI. At ECI, they managed various aspects of Supply Chain Quality, including material quality and manufacturing sites quality. Motti also led a group of 50 employees. In 2007, Shapira joined Lumenis as the Director of Global QA, where they implemented a comprehensive strategic quality improvement plan. In 2008, they moved to modu as the Director of Quality Control, establishing and managing all aspects of Supply Chain Quality. Finally, since 2011, Shapira has been the VP of Global Quality at Kramer Electronics LTD and Aitech, where they have been responsible for managing the global Quality organization and implementing quality improvement plans. Motti'sexperience spans multiple industries and regions, and they have achieved significant improvements in quality and efficiency throughout their career.
Motti Shapira began their education at Tel Aviv University from 1981 to 1985, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering. Following this, they attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1989, earning a Master of Science degree in Quality & Reliability. Later on, from 2003 to 2009, Motti pursued an MBA (Honors) at Israel Jobs, focusing on Operations and Finance.
