Nickolas P. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technical support, project management, and software development. Nickolas began their career in 1997 at Orckit, where they worked as a Software Engineer for ADSL system development. From there, they joined ECI Telecom as a Software Engineer, focusing on developing an Optical TDM Switch for Broadband SONET/SDH Cross-Connect system. Nickolas then moved to Infineon Technologies, where they served as an R&D SW Team Leader, primarily working on the development of VDSL SoC Software.

In 2004, Nickolas joined Siemens as an R&D SW Team Leader, specializing in Networking multidisciplinary solutions for fixed and mobile operators. Nickolas worked on an advanced multi-service card for Mobile 2G/3G networks. Nickolas continued to expand their skills and expertise at Nokia Siemens Networks Technology Co. Ltd, where they assumed the role of System SW Architect. Nickolas established, managed, and supported the R&D group in the China development center, driving agile development and planning throughout the product life cycle.

Nickolas joined Broadcom Inc. in 2010 as a Software System Architect, and two years later, they moved to RusirTech, taking on the role of Technical Project Manager. During this time, they effectively managed various projects and teams.

In 2017, Nickolas joined Samsung Electronics as a Customer Technical Support & FAE. Nickolas provided technical support and acted as a Field Application Engineer for Samsung's customers. Most recently, they became the Head of Global Customer Technical Support at Aitech Systems in 2019.

Nickolas P. has demonstrated a strong and diverse skill set through their various roles, including technical support, project management, and software development.

Nickolas P. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Georgian State University in Georgia, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Later, in 1997 and 1998, they attended Tel Aviv University's School of Engineering, specializing in Software Engineering.
