Andra Nuta

Andra Nuta has a diverse background in the startup and tech industry. Andra began their career in 2013 as an Events and Operations Intern at Rockstart Accelerator. Andra then took on roles as an Events Manager at Rockstart and a Co-organizer at Silicon Drinkabout Amsterdam. In 2016, they became Events Lead at Improve Digital and in 2017, they took on the role of Events & Community Lead at Le Wagon. That same year, they also became Community Regional Manager - Europe at Techstars. In 2021, they took on the role of Global Community Manager at Entrepreneur First and in 2020, they founded their own business, Andra Nuta Coaching. Her most recent role was Startup Program Manager at Aiven, which they began in 2022.

Andra Nuta attended Animas Centre for Coaching in 2020 to obtain a Transformational Coaching degree. From 2010 to 2013, they attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in European Studies. In 2012, they attended Glasgow Caledonian University as an exchange student. In 2021, they obtained a Community MBA from CMX and a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching.
