Dhruv Sehgal

Dhruv Sehgal has had an extensive career in the Human Resources field. Dhruv has worked for Aiven since 2020, first as a Security Operations Engineer and then as a Recruiter. Dhruv also worked for Teamrecruiter.com in 2020 as a Recruitment Administrator, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes for clients all over Canada. Prior to that, they worked at COWI from 2017 to 2020 as a Global Human Resource Specialist, where they managed the recruitment process and provided Human Resources and Organizational Development leadership. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Moody's Analytics as a Senior Executive, where they were responsible for setting up and managing the HR functions for 100 employees at US and UK locations. Dhruv also worked at Mastech, Inc. from 2014 to 2015 as a Technical Recruiter.

Dhruv Sehgal completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Graphic Era University between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended K.R Mangalam World School from 2008 to 2010. Before that, they attended Delhi Public School Rohini from 1998 to 2008. In 2019, Dhruv Sehgal completed a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from George Brown College. Additionally, in 2015 they obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from PMI.
