Doreen Arnold

Doreen Arnold has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Doreen began their career as a Demand Planning Manager and Clearance/ Special Sales Manager at adidas in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Recruiting & Leadership Support at Zalando GmbH. In 2013, they took a 6 month stay abroad in Cape Town. In 2016, they worked as an HR Manager at Movinga, where they were responsible for contract management. In 2017, they worked as an HR Generalist at Flaconi. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Labour Market Integration Manager for refugee asylum seekers at Berufsagentur. During this time, they created qualification profiles of applicants, placed and supported them in finding language courses, and informed them about networks to support the integration process. In 2020, they completed an Advanced Training - Human Resources Generalist at IFM Institut für Managementberatung GmbH and a Mediation Certification at BUSINESS TRENDS ACADEMY (BTA) GmbH. In 2021, they worked as a Payroll & People Operations Specialist (GER & UK) and People Operations Specialist at Native Instruments. Doreen currently works as a People Operations Specialist at Aiven.

Doreen Arnold obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from The Berlin School of Economics and Law between 2008 and 2011.
