Maxim Muzafarov has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Maxim is currently working as a Senior Open Source Software Engineer at Aiven since November 2022. Prior to that, Maxim has held various positions and roles in different companies.

Maxim also worked as a Senior Java Developer at Rostelecom-Integration from 2014 to 2015, as a Java, PL/SQL Developer at NVision Group from 2012 to 2014, as a Software Developer at Peter-Service from 2010 to 2012, and as a QA Engineer at CBOSS from 2009 to 2010.

Maxim Muzafarov completed their Bachelor's degree at Moscow State University from 2003 to 2007. Maxim further pursued their education at MIREA (Russian Technological University) from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree with a focus on Software and Computer-based Systems.
