Ryan Little

Ryan Little is a seasoned professional in real estate investments, currently serving as the Director of Investments at AJ Capital Partners since May 2021. Ryan's career progression includes roles as a Senior Associate and Associate in Portfolio Management & Investments at the same firm. Prior to AJ Capital Partners, Ryan worked at Citi as an Assistant Vice President in Real Estate Credit, and held positions at Cornell University as a Master's Candidate in the Baker Program in Real Estate, as well as temporary roles at Hodes Weill & Associates and PwC. Ryan holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from The Ohio State University.
