Alberto Leal

Alberto Leal is an experienced professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Product Line Life Cycle Manager for Tuberculosis and BCG immunotherapy at AJ Vaccines since January 2017. Previously, Alberto held the position of Regional Manager, overseeing sales and distribution to Africa, Turkey, and various EU countries. Prior to AJ Vaccines, Alberto worked at Statens Serum Institut in a similar regional manager role for over a decade, focusing on product distribution in Africa, the Middle East, and parts of Europe. Alberto's career began at Medtronic, where duties included being an Area Sales Manager for gastroenterological and urological equipment, as well as serving as a Customer Support Engineer. Alberto also gained experience as a Product Specialist at Laborie. Alberto holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and a BSc in Electronic & Telecommunications from the Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa.
