Emilie Bjerre Kærsgaard

Emilie Bjerre Kærsgaard currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering at AJ Vaccines since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in recruitment and talent attraction. Prior to this role, Emilie held several positions at Novo Nordisk from November 2013 to December 2020, including SVP Recruitment Partner for Research & Development and Talent Attraction Partner, focusing on innovative methods for attracting talent within Manufacturing. Emilie's career also includes roles at Compass Human Resources Group A/S as a Recruitment Consultant, Excellent Match Talentor ApS as a Researcher, and TranSearch International Denmark A/S as Head of Research, showcasing a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes and research across various sectors. Emilie holds a Master of Science degree in Business Economics and Psychology from Roskilde University and participated in an exchange program in Psychology at the University of Lodz.
