Francisca Small

Francisca Small is an experienced professional currently serving as a Quality Control Chemist at Ajay-SQM Group since July 2019, focusing on final testing and compliance of products. Concurrently, Francisca is a tutor and homework coach at In-Home Tutors, specializing in advanced subjects including analytical chemistry. Additionally, Francisca holds the position of Director for the Fantasy Literature Track at Dragon Con, Inc., overseeing a team of volunteers and coordinating extensive programming.
