Balaprasad Cherooli

Balaprasad Cherooli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Balaprasad began their career in 1996 at Gati Limited, where they started as a Trainee and quickly rose through the ranks to become the Express Centre Manager. During their tenure, they received various accolades and promotions for their exceptional performance in claims and operations.

In 2005, Balaprasad joined Dartex Freight Service as a Working Partner, where they gained valuable experience in managing freight services. After six years, they moved to FedEx Express in 2011, assuming the role of Area Manager, where they oversaw operations in a specific area.

In 2015, Balaprasad joined Naqel Express, initially as an Operations Manager for the Riyadh Terminal and later transitioned to the position of Regional Manager - Central Region. In this role, they were responsible for managing a large fleet of trucks, cars, and trailers, as well as a workforce of 350 employees. Balaprasad also played a key role in implementing operational excellence programs and supporting certification processes.

In 2022, Balaprasad worked as a Logistician with a confidential company before joining AJEX ايجكس as the National Operations Manager in 2023. Balaprasad quickly earned a promotion to the role of Director - Operations, where they currently hold a leadership position.

Throughout their career, Balaprasad has demonstrated their ability to effectively manage operations, drive efficiency, and achieve organizational goals. Balaprasad'sextensive experience in various roles and industries has equipped him with a diverse skill set and a strong understanding of logistics and operations management.

Balaprasad Cherooli completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Calicut in 1995. Balaprasad also obtained certifications in "Leading Organizations & Change" from Emeritus in the year 2023.
