Els Roeland has an extensive background in sales and account management within the bio-pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Sales Director and Head of Sales EU at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services since October 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Key Account Manager and Project Coordinator at Ajinomoto OmniChem from October 2002 to October 2018. Els possesses a degree in Chemical Engineering from KAHO Sint-Lieven and has furthered professional education at Vlerick Business School and INSEAD.
