Erin O'Connell

Erin O'Connell is an accomplished food scientist with extensive experience in research and development within the food industry. Currently serving as R&D Manager at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. since September 2019, Erin previously held roles such as Senior Food Scientist and Product Development Manager at Healthy Times Inc. Erin's prior experience includes positions as an R&D Food Scientist at Day-Lee Foods, and an R&D Food Technologist at Pulmuone Wildwood Inc., where expertise in organic and all-natural product development was demonstrated. Additionally, Erin's foundational experience includes internships focused on quality assurance and sensory analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Food Science from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from California State Polytechnic University.
