Ray Bartlotti

Ray Bartlotti is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in continuous improvement and strategic support in the food and beverage industry. Since June 2019, Ray has served as Director of Operations, Strategy and Support at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. Previously, from July 2012 to July 2019, Ray held the position of National PM Pillar Lead at Nestlé USA. Earlier roles include Senior Director of Continuous Improvement at ConAgra Foods, TPM Coach at PepsiCo QTG, and TPM Coach for the PM Pillar at GATORADE, as well as Operations Manager across various brands within Quaker, Tropicana, and Gatorade from 1999 to 2003. Ray's expertise encompasses leading enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives focused on total productive maintenance, reliability, and supply chain management.
