Rich earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Human Capital Development from The University of Southern Mississippi in the years 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in General Business from Auburn University, studying from 2000 to 2002. Rich also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and Spanish from Brigham Young University, which they completed between 1985 and 1987.
