Sopheavy Kuch

Sopheavy Kuch currently serves as Consulting Manager at Ajip Consulting, an executive search and human resources consulting firm in Cambodia, since May 2023. Sopheavy is also the Co-Owner of KMR Motor Shop since July 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Manager of Rewards Partnering at DKSH, Senior Associate in Performance and Rewarding, and Supervisor of Employee Services at Chip Mong Bank. Sopheavy's career began at CamUP Job Center Co., Ltd. as HR Team Leader. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Law and an Associate degree in English for Business, both from Cambodian Mekong University.
