Laia Aixalà Pelegrí

Laia Aixalà Pelegrí is a skilled human resources professional with extensive experience in personnel management and training coordination. Currently serving as Tècnica de Recursos Humans at Ajuntament de Sant Cugat del Vallès since May 2023, Laia contributes to internal strategic project articulation and organizational structure development. Previously, at Fundació CIM UPC, Laia coordinated various training programs and managed the teaching team. A notable tenure at Ajuntament de Sant Cugat del Vallès from 2009 to 2022 involved selecting processes, implementing telework initiatives during the pandemic, and guiding employment plans. Additionally, Laia has a background in psychiatric care and administrative support at UAB. Laia holds a degree in psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, along with several certifications in coaching, group analysis, and human resources management.
