Ivan Ortega Castillo

Ivan Ortega Castillo is an experienced Building Engineer currently working at Terrassa City Hall since November 2016, where responsibilities include the follow-up and approval of planning licenses, development of urban planning projects, and promoting accessibility in local commercial spaces. Previously, Ivan served as a Civil Engineer, focusing on urbanization project development and site management. Prior to Terrassa City Hall, Ivan held a position as a Building Engineer at ITeC from March to July 2016. Ivan holds multiple degrees including a Doctorate in Technology of Urbanism, Architecture, and Building Technology from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, a degree in Urbanism and City from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, a Master in BIM Autodesk Revit® from Universidad Nebrija, and a Building Engineering degree emphasizing energy sustainability from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
