Justin Costa

Justin Costa is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at A&K Earth Movers Inc. since August 2021, Justin has previously held similar roles at Road and Highway Builders, LLC, and West Coast Asphalt Maintenance, among others. With a career spanning over two decades, Justin has a strong foundation in project management and estimation, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
