Gillian Tan

Gillian Tan is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in account management and digital marketing. Currently serving as Account Director at AKA Asia since September 2018, Gillian has progressed through various roles including Senior Account Manager and Junior Account Manager. Prior experience includes a pivotal role at the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre, where Gillian developed a successful marketing strategy for the national giving platform, Giving.sg, significantly increasing its user base and fundraising. As Head of Community Development at Start Now Pte. Ltd., Gillian led the Community Engagement Division before the company’s acquisition. An early internship at Standard Chartered Bank involved assisting with the launch of their mobile banking app and managing social media platforms. Gillian holds a Bachelor of Science in International Economics from Loughborough University.
