Caroline Arehult

Caroline Arehult currently serves as VD at Akademiska Hus since September 2021. Previously, Caroline held the position of VD at Hemfosa Fastigheter AB (publ) from September 2018 to February 2020, where overseeing operations in property management and development across Sweden, Norway, and Finland was a key responsibility, as well as managing a team of approximately 100 employees. Caroline's extensive experience also includes a lengthy tenure at Skanska Fastigheter Stockholm AB from 1999 to August 2018, where roles ranged from Fastighetsutvecklare to VD, with significant responsibilities in project development and property management. Additionally, Caroline has held board member positions at Akademiska Hus and BoKlok. Caroline earned a degree in Lantmäteri and Bygg- och Fastighetsekonomi from KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1999.
