Senior Staff Accountant at Akam

Katerina Paglione began their work experience in 2003 as an Office Manager/Finances at Intechnic Corporation, where they stayed until 2013. Katerina then joined NIMBL, Techedge Group, serving as the Finance and Administration, Market Unit Lead from April 2013 to March 2016. In this role, they handled administrative tasks, payroll processing, and developed various policies and employee guides. From March 2016 to October 2020, they worked as the HR and Administration, Market Unit Lead at the same company, leading the merger of two companies and introducing new policies. In October 2020, Katerina joined The Pregnancy Pause as the Chief Human Development Officer, a role they held until April 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Staff Accountant at AKAM since March 2022.

Katerina Paglione has a diverse education history. Katerina obtained a PHR Certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from DePaul University in 2016. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they pursued a degree in Business Administration (Honors) at ISMA University in Riga, Latvia. Katerina also studied Italian Language and Literature at Scuola Di Lingua Italiana Per Stranieri in Pisa, Italy from 2000 to 2001, completing a course in general Italian language.
