Matt Cebula is the Director of Energy Services at Akam. Matt previously worked as a customer service associate at Maxwell-Kates from August 2010 to August 2016. Matt was responsible for responding to resident requests, promoting and facilitating tenant portal access to an array of personal and professional vendor services, and dispatch and coordinate internal/external service and maintenance personnel.
From September 2009 to May 2010, Cebula worked as an assistant project manager at Dynamic Constrution. Matt's responsibilities included managing and expediting inventory stock to ensure materials were available to meet construction project deadlines, performing operational functions such as payroll, invoicing, and financial recording / reporting, and utilizing excellent communication skills to successfully negotiate prices, provide great customer service, and report progress and modifications to project owners and architects.
Cebula also has experience in marketing and communications, having interned at Pace University Ad Team and NYSE Euronext from September 2008 to May 2009. In these roles, they gained valuable experience in IMC and account planning.
They are on a team with Kathleen Flores - EVP, Northeast, Christopher Alker - VP of Operations & Compliance, and Mark Weil - SVP, New York. Matt Cebula reports to Michael Rogoff, President.
