Theresa Jose

Theresa Jose has an extensive work experience that spans over several years. Theresa most recently held the position of Managing Director, Client Success at AKAM since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at FirstService Residential New York as an Executive Director from January 2021 to September 2022. In this role, Theresa directly worked with the President of Property Management to oversee the division after an acquisition, implemented training sessions, and assisted in implementing new operational procedures for employees. Before joining FirstService Residential, Theresa served as the Executive Director of Operations at Midboro from September 2013 to January 2021. During their time at Midboro, they worked closely with the company President to execute best practices, collaborated across departments, and defined and implemented operational procedures and policies.

Theresa Jose obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Investments from Baruch College, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
