Nikki Roberts

Nikki Parsons is an experienced IT executive with a comprehensive background in engineering and service management, currently serving as Vice President of IT Engineering, Networks & Solution Delivery at Akamai Technologies since November 2014. Previous roles at Akamai include Senior Director of Systems Engineering and Program Director, along with an earlier tenure at Robert Half International from October 2003 to November 2014, where Nikki held various positions including Global Network Services Manager and EMEA IT Network & Service Desk Manager, overseeing significant teams of Network and Telephony Engineers as well as Helpdesk Staff across EMEA. Nikki holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Business from Saint Mary's College of California, ITIL V2 Service Manager certification, and a BSc in Management from Birmingham City University.
