Pavel Gurvich

Pavel Gurvich is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Enterprise Security Group at Akamai Technologies since October 2021. Previously, Pavel co-founded and led Guardicore as CEO from August 2013 to November 2021. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Reichman University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo. Prior to these roles, Pavel gained valuable experience as a team leader and programmer in the Israel Defence Forces, and as a penetration tester at Comsec, where work involved collaboration with the financial, private, and government sectors.
