Daniel Amar

Daniel Amar is a Senior Deep Learning Engineer at Akasha Imaging since March 2021, specializing in advanced machine learning technologies. Previously, Daniel worked as a Computer Vision Software Engineer at Samsung Strategy and Innovation Center from July 2018 to January 2021. In an academic capacity, Daniel served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at UC Berkeley, focusing on undergraduate courses in Combinatorics, Probability, and Linear Algebra during the 2017-2018 academic year. Daniel gained initial experience as an Algorithm Engineer Intern at Samsung Electronics, where the role involved designing computer vision algorithms. Other professional experiences include serving as the Responsible Cell for Audit-Consulting at X-Entreprises and a Summer Intern at ESJ Capital Partners. Daniel also has experience in emergency services as the Chief Rescuer for the Brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris.
