Ian MacKenzie-Ross

Ian Mackenzie-Ross is the Managing Director of the International Anti-Poaching Foundation, which aims to redefine conservation approaches by promoting innovative and gender-diverse strategies for wildlife protection. Since founding the organization in 2009, Ian has also previously served as Volunteer Program Director for Technology, where leadership was provided in developing advanced technologies for conservation. Ian's extensive experience includes a long-standing partnership at Mimosa Pastoral, a fifth-generation beef cattle enterprise, and prior roles such as Project Manager at the Defence Materiel Organisation, where Ian led significant defense projects involving UAV technology, as well as QLD Manager at Mountaintop Systems P/L, overseeing local management of software systems development and support.
