Levi Strope

Levi Strope has worked in the technology industry since 2010. Levi began their career at Mindflash as a Software Engineer, where they leveraged their prior experience in the Learning Management and Training Management industries to help create a cutting edge training platform for smaller businesses. In 2011, they moved to Crushpath as a Software Engineer, where they worked with Ruby 1.9.x and Rails 3. In 2012, they joined Jiff, Inc. as the API and Integrations Team Lead, where they focused on developing an external API for developers to connect to the Jiff platform and integrating with vendors that provide business value. Levi also designed the architecture of the Jiff Store. In 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer at Trumaker, where they worked with Ruby 2.x and Rails 3.x. In 2015, they joined NASDAQ Private Market as a Software Developer Specialist and Technology Lead (NPM West). Levi participated with architectural design and implementation of a cap-table ledger based on blockchain technology. In 2016, they joined Nasdaq as a Lead Senior Software Developer Specialist and worked within the IDEO coLab as a representative of Nasdaq for their fellowship programs. In 2017, they joined ConsenSys as a Lead Product Engineer and Product Engineer for uPort. Levi also joined uPort as the Head of Product for uPort Serto and Developer Experience Product Lead. In 2019, they joined Akava as the Head of Solutions Engineering & Director of the Innovation Lab and Blockchain Practice Advisor. Finally, in 2020, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Viabl Ventures.

Levi Strope completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University between 2001 and 2005.
