Navod Maduka

Navod Maduka currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Akbar Brothers, where responsibilities include maintaining positive employee relations, monitoring HR professional performance, and assisting in the hiring process. Previously, Navod held the role of Human Resources Management Trainee, managing various HR activities such as recruitment, payroll management, and employee leave. Prior experience includes a trainee position at Waters Edge in Sri Lanka. Navod holds a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and Events Management from Uva Wellassa University and a diploma in English from Aquinas College of Higher Studies.
