Paul Gerard

Paul Gerard has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Paul is currently employed at Akeneo as the Lead of Global Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Akeneo, where they were responsible for delivering product experiences across various channels. Paul also worked at Kandidate as a Talent Partner, assisting startups in hiring the best talent. Additionally, Paul held interim roles as the Head of Talent EMEA at Chainalysis Inc., where they focused on building trust in blockchains, and as the Head of Talent at Cazana, a provider of vehicle data and analytics. Earlier in their career, they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at iAdvize and as a Recruitment Consultant at Abaka. Paul also gained experience as an HR Support Executive at the Malaysian French Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Paul Gerard has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration Management from Université de Rennes I, with a specialization in IUT GEA. Paul also has a Bachelor's degree in Management from IGR-IAE Rennes. Paul continued their education at the University of Macau, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Paul further pursued their studies at IGR-IAE Rennes and completed a Master 2 degree in Human Resources Management.
