Harald Seip Stubbe has extensive experience in the field of reward management and global mobility. Harald Seip currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Reward and Global Mobility at Aker Solutions, where they lead the corporate reward function and oversees compensation policies, executive employment aspects, M&A assessments, and vendor management.

Prior to their current role, Stubbe worked at Statoil for several years. Harald Seip held various positions in the Reward function, including Senior Advisor and Leader of Global Mobility. In these roles, they managed global reward projects, facilitated employee transfers following an acquisition, coordinated expatriation processes, and collaborated with business areas to support employee mobility and business development activities. Stubbe also provided strategic advice on executive reward concepts, market trends, and the development of reward schemes for StatoilHydro.

Furthermore, Stubbe served as the Head of Reward and Industrial Relations in the Manufacturing and Marketing business area at StatoilHydro. Harald Seip was responsible for reward management and industrial relations, overseeing approximately 13 employees. Additionally, they worked as an HR manager for the Retail business, coordinating HR operations across multiple countries and leading an acquisition project.

Earlier in their career, Stubbe held roles such as Department Manager at Statoil Norge AS and Sr. Personnel Coordinator and HR Trainee at Statoil. In these positions, they gained experience in department management, project management, and providing HR support to various business areas within the organization.

Harald Seip Stubbe pursued their education at the University of Oslo from 1992 to 1997, earning a degree of Cand. Mag in Political Science, History of Ideas, History, and Examen Philosophicum. Harald Seip then continued their studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1997 to 1998, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations.
