Alan Ismael

Alan Ismael has a diverse work experience. Alan began their career in 2006 as an Information Technology Specialist at the Iraqi Telecommunication and Post Company. In 2010, they worked as an IT Consultant and Translator for the US Army. In 2012, they were an Information Technology Technician at AKAS IT. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Golden Mile Employment & Social Services as a Computer Tutor and at Gateway Employment as a Technical Support Tier 2. Most recently, from 2017 to present, they have been working at Akerna Corp. as a DevOps Operations Manager. In this role, they have created a process for new client implementation, managed incident and change management, implemented firewall and security changes, designed and implemented on-premise to cloud migrations, created operation procedures, and supported and implemented solutions on AWS and Azure environments.

Alan Ismael completed a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Technical University in 2004.
