Sandrine Leprévost

Sandrine Leprévost has over 15 years of experience in human resources roles, primarily in the beauty and fragrance industry. Sandrine started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Selective Beauty, a French cosmetics company, where they were involved in the creation of the position. Sandrine then moved on to BEAUTE PRESTIGE INTERNATIONAL as an HR Development Manager, where they focused on developing the spirit and vision of talented creators in the selective perfumery market. Sandrine later joined SYMRISE, a global supplier of fragrances, flavorings, and cosmetic active ingredients, as a Human Resources Director. In this role, they contributed to the growth and success of the company for over eight years. Currently, Sandrine is working as the Human Resources Director for Europe at Arcade Beauty, a company dedicated to providing meaningful discovery experiences for the beauty and wellness industry through continuous innovation and expert quality.

Sandrine Leprévost completed their higher education in two periods. From 2001 to 2002, they attended IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, where they earned a DESS degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1995, Sandrine studied at Université Paris 13 and obtained a DEA degree in Economic Public Law.
